Where do you ship from? -Maine, USA

How long does shipping take? -Shipping times depend on where your home destination is, however, for existing pieces of work in stock purchased online, those products are dispatched generally within 5 business days from date of purchase or less. Tracking numbers are provided after the dispatch date where you will be able to obtain specific shipping estimates.

Do you offer commissions? -Yes! If you’re looking to transform your space, you’ve come to the right place. Please reach out to me at MogsArtStudio@gmail.com to let me know what you’re thinking. I have a variety of botanical reference photos in case you would prefer some ideas or I’d be happy to bring your personal photo to life also!

How do you charge for commissions? -Prices depend on subject complexity and canvas size. Feel free to reach out to me via email for more information.

Policies

  • We accept returns of our goods that were purchased through our store if they are in the same condition as received and within 10 days of receipt. Upon receipt of your order, if you are not fully satisfied and you meet this criteria, please contact MogsArtStudio@gmail.com to obtain a return request authorization. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

    Refunds on returns will be given only on the price they were purchased and we cannot refund the difference on items bought at full price that may or may not be on sale during the holiday season.

    Once we receive your return, we will issue a refund to your original form of payment. It may take 3-5 business days for this refund to reflect on your credit card statement once we receive the product.

    Newsletter Specific

    By providing your email, you agree to receive emails messages related to your order, company updates, and promotional emails/offers from us. Should you wish to opt-out of receiving future messages,  click “unsubscribe” from any email sent to you at the bottom of the email message.

    Use of the UPS carrier calculated shipping integration is subject to the UPS End User Rights (part of the UPS Technology Agreement) and the UPS Privacy Notice.
