We accept returns of our goods that were purchased through our store if they are in the same condition as received and within 10 days of receipt. Upon receipt of your order, if you are not fully satisfied and you meet this criteria, please contact MogsArtStudio@gmail.com to obtain a return request authorization. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

Refunds on returns will be given only on the price they were purchased and we cannot refund the difference on items bought at full price that may or may not be on sale during the holiday season.

Once we receive your return, we will issue a refund to your original form of payment. It may take 3-5 business days for this refund to reflect on your credit card statement once we receive the product.
